Liberating Structures are 33+ simple, playful and powerful conversation formats for group participation and collaboration. They put everyone at the centre of thinking, designing and problem-solving, tapping into multiple creative intelligences to crack issues that really matter.

When is it and how do I sign up?

This is a 4-half day ONLINE Immersion Workshop carried out in two blocks of two half days:

• The first half of the workshop: June 5 and 6, 2024 14-17:00 CEST*

• The second half of the workshop: June 19 and 20, 2024, 14-17:00 CEST

Between the two parts of the workshop, you have 2 weeks to practice, try out, test and reflect, with a Liberating Structures buddy.

Additionally, we invite you to two mini-sessions:

• ‘Get to know your fellow changemakers’ (the other participants) session: May 28, 14-14:45 CEST
• A 'Magic Sauce’ session on June 12, 14-15:00 CEST to explore some of the theory behind Liberating Structures and get a brief overview of all 33 structures.

Who will be helping us immerse ourselves?

Nadia von Holzen is a collaboration guide and facilitation sparring partner. As the founder of Learning Moments, she wants to inspire and challenge people to creatively make space for more healthy, human and happy working and living. In her mission to provide learning experiences for individuals and organizations to reflect, rethink, and change their behaviours, practices, and principles, Liberating Structures play a key role. Because this magic repertoire creates different energy and surprising insights and provides a shared language for teams to work together.

Ewen Le Borgne is a process ‘agent provocateur’. His work exists in order to help and challenge everyone to unlock their collaborative, facilitative, relational magic towards better human systems and/or planet. Liberating Structures are part of his repertoire because they’re so brilliant that it’s simply a crime to keep them secret; LS help anyone go deep very fast, without needing 15 years of facilitation experience and Ewen wants to see people reconnect with their own fire and with each other as far and as fast as possible.
